Winner Announcement Blog for Poster Making Competition for Adoption Awareness Month 2023
Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA), Ministry Of Women and Child Development celebrates Adoption Awareness Month every year in November to sensitize people about legal adoption which emphasizes on the need of children to feel loved & belong.
CARA in collaboration with MyGov India hosted a Poster Competition to reach out to the masses through creative means and involvement of the public and creating awareness on legal adoption and safe surrender of children.
The Poster Making Competition was based on the following theme:
- Embrace Love Transform Lives,
- Adoption a Gift of Hope,
- Children need to be loved & feel they belong.
The competition was open to all the citizens of India during the celebration in November 2023. In total 1,457 citizens from across the country wholeheartedly participated in Poster Making Competition and made it a grand success. The top 15 winners are selected based on relevance to the theme, presentation and creativity. The winners are entitled to a cash price of Rs 3,000 each.
